Marianna's Vegan Spinach Pie (Spanakopita Nistisimi) 1kg
Marianna's Pies are produced in a women's co-operative in Halkidiki, northern Greece, using hand-made filo pastry. They are made daily and filled with fresh, local ingredients following traditional recipes.
Traditionally eaten during Lent, known as nistisimi spanakopita, this Vegan Spinach Pie is filled with spinach, onion, and leeks. A delicious dairy free alternative that means nobody has to miss out.

Please note the pies are frozen and although we send them out in insulated packaging they will most likely arrive defrosted, in which case they should be stored in the fridge and eaten within 3 days.

Cooking instructions: Remove the tray from its packaging and put straight onto a low shelf in your oven, without pre-heating, and set to 220oC until it begins to rise (about 15min). Take it out, cut into pieces and return it to the oven at 180oC until golden brown (about 45 min). Ensure it is cooked through before eating.
