Delivery
Where?
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland but excluding Jersey and Gurnsey.
When?
You can choose your delivery date at checkout. Our cut-off time for next day delivery to mainland UK is 1 pm.
Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, although Saturday deliveries incur a higher charge (see below).
If you order contains chilled or frozen items and your delivery address is out of London, Monday delivery is not available.
For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands the earliest delivery is usually two working days.
Orders are sent by DHL, DPD, Royal Mail or Maltby&Greek van. You can choose from the available carriers at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is prepared.
Please leave your mobile number when placing your order so that you receive the tracking and delivery notifications.
If you are not going to be in to receive the parcel, please advise us of a neighbour or safe place that can be delivered to when placing the order, particularly if it contains perishables.
We will usually deliver on your selected date but deliveries may arrive earlier or later than the date and time indicated due to factors outside our control. Please note that the delivery dates selected for Royal Mail and some island and Highlands destinations are approximate.

Free collection is available Mon - Sat from Maltby Greek, Arch 17, Apollo Business Park, Lucey Way, London SE16 4ET.

For orders over £75 delivery with DHL is free of charge!*
Saturday delivery is £12
Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man
Next working day delivery £12, for orders over £150 delivery it is free of charge!*
*Delivery for very fragile items to mainland UK is charged at £9.99 and is free over £100. For other areas this is £15 delivery and £200 for free delivery. See a full list of these items here.
Please note there are restrictions on what Royal Mail will carry so will not always be available to choose as a delivery option.
We cannot deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.
Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place are at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels left without a signature taken.
Returns
We operate a discretionary returns and refund policy on a 'goodwill' basis and we cannot accept returns on perishable items.
