The Greek Farmer is a small, family-run business that produces award-winning British charcuterie inspired by Greek recipes. The company was founded in 2019 by Tony Charalambides, who was inspired by his Greek Cypriot heritage and his love of food. The Greek Farmer uses only the finest ingredients, including free-range British pork and grass-fed beef. The charcuterie is made using traditional methods and smoked in a walk-in smokehouse on their farm in Hertfordshire.
