Since opening in 2014, not long after Maltby&Greek began, OPSO Restaurant has been at the forefront of the Modern Greek wave that has swept London and the UK. We have been very lucky to work with Andreas, Nikos, and the rest of the team from the start, as they truly appreciate and champion quality ingredients, leading us to discover many wonderful producers and products that are now part of our range. 


Their long-awaited cookbook includes recipes for many of these ingredients, which are available in our shop, along with the dishes that have made OPSO famous. As devotees to fine dining (and the Michelin-starred pedigree to prove it) their cooking is inventive and playful while remaining true to Greek culinary heritage. With characteristic attention to detail, each recipe has been thoroughly tested to ensure it is easy to follow and recreate at home. This is the reference book for modern Greek cooking.
