Manousakis Winery produce this Cretan tsikoudia from their Roussanne grapes. A distilation of the grape marcs, leftover from wine production, tsikoudia, raki or tsipouro is a fine Greek spirit with a long tradition in Greece that can be used as an aperitif or a digestive, but is usually consumed with a meal.
