Three Bowls

The Three Bowls range has been developed by Maltby&Greek in collaboration with selected new-generation winemakers across Greece. It is a premium entry-level range designed to showcase the country’s most important grape varieties in a clear, contemporary, and commercially relevant way. The focus is on purity of fruit, balance, and drinkability, while remaining true to varietal and regional character.

The name is taken from an ancient Greek text by the comic poet Eubulus, who describes the effects of wine through a series of bowls (‘krater’ – the ancient drinking vessels) and the wisdom of limiting one’s intake to just three.  The light-hearted yet restrained sentiment reflects the lightness, clarity, and approachability that the wines are aiming for.
