Each step of the production process is controlled by them on their family farms in the hilly northern part of Andros, so you can eat with confidence.

Afoi Tridima started making sausages and cured meats in 2019. Their products are made using traditional family recipes, such as mutton salami and prosciutto, and they are handmade without preservatives. As a result of their dedication to excellence and taste, they have developed high-quality products with greek "meraki".
