Toxotis, Kythira, Ionian Islands
Toxotis pastas are handmade in a family workshop in Kythera. The company was started by John Karavousanos, a teacher who channelled his creativity and passion for cooking into making traditional Kythira pasta. The ingredients used, such as the milk and eggs, are sourced from the island, often from the family themselves and uniquely they use sheep's milk instead of cow's milk for an authentic and delicious flavour.
