Their products are handmade, with exceptionally high-quality raw ingredients and they follow old recipes. The company entirely forgoes mechanical production methods, additives, and preservatives. They are based in western Macedonia, where they work closely with local, sustainable farmers who harvest the produce once it’s reached its natural maturity and the aromas are at their peak.
