Origin: Kokotos Estate vineyards in Stamata, Attiki at an altitude of 420 metres.

Harvest: August 19th
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked and transported in small crates direct to the crusher de-stemmer. Cold maceration for 20 hours, gentle press in the pneumatic press and static debourbage. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, for 16-18 days, at controlled temperatures of 11-14°C. Sur lie treatment for 12 weeks.
Ageing Potential: 2-3 years
Tasting Notes: Light lemony colour, with green highlights. Full floral with aromas of citrus flowers, rose and ripe exotic fruits, on the nose. Elegant in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a pleasant aftertaste, with hints of citrus and ginger.
Food Pairing: Serve as an aperitif or enjoy with smoked salmon, sushi, pasta with vegetable and spicy dishes. Serve at 11-13οC.
