Grandmother's filo pastry (filo tis giagias) or village filo (hortiatiko filo) is the more traditional version of Greek filo pastry and produces a thick crust, perfect for spinach pies (spanakopita) or cheese pies (tyropoita). Each pack contains 4 round sheets. Allow to defrost at room temperature for about an hour before using.
