Vassilakis Estate extra virgin olive oil is a high quality oilive oil with a fruity, aromatix character, a slighlty peppery aftertaste and a very low acitidy of 0.1-0.3%. It is produced in limited quantity annually exclusively through the first cold pressing of Koroneiki variety olives, of trees very close to the Aegean sea .
The trees form part of the family’s estate very close to the Aegean Sea. Fruity and fragrant on the nose, with a light peppery after-taste due to the proximity to the sea and very low acidity levels of between 0.1-0.3 percent.
The olives are harvested when perfectly ripe, cold-extracted on-site within a few hours on the same day and stored under ideal conditions, thus preserving the oil’s subtle flavour and nutritious components.
