Vinification: All grapes fermented traditionally. Piegage. No pumping. Low sulphur use, no chemical additives. Batonnage for 6 weeks. Age in barriques for 18 months. Released 24 months after harvest.
Tasting characteristics: Rich fruity nose full of ripe raspberries, herbs and cinnamon. Considerable but ripe tannins. Balanced. Full bodied. Impressive length. Can age for at least 10 – 15 years.
