Tasting characteristics: Rich and complex yeasty nose, brioche, aromas of lime, pear and strawberry. very mineral taste. Mouthfilling creamy mouse with everlasting tiny bubbles. Balanced and elegant. Considerable length with sweet almond bitters and lime zest at the end. Cold climate type of sparkling wine.
