Vinification techniques: Destemming and light-crushing is followed by skin contact at low temperature (10 C) for 6hours. Long-time pressing and controlled fermentation of the juice at 16 C in inox tanks. Half of the wine has matured in new oak barrels for four months, with malolactic fermentation.

Tasting characteristics: Bright, pale lemon colour with gold highlights.
Complex fruity nose with peach, pear, banana, mango citrus and white flowers aromas, combined with those of vanilla, nutmeg, mint, smoke and mineral notes.
In the palate, fruity, spicy, vegetal and mineral, full body balance with the acidity. Intense and fruity aftertaste.
Serving tips: Serving at 10-12 C. It pairs very well with white meat, spicy cheese and Med cuisine.

Mylonas Winery owns 12 hectares located from 80m to 200m above the sea level.
The soils are mainly limestone and schist with some gravel sites too. Sourrounded by the sea, Attica’s winters and cool summers provide ideal conditions for viticulture.
