Soil: Sand and clay, gently sloping
Grape Varieties: Merlot 70% - Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
Harvest: Early August for the Merlot and late August for the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ageing Potential: 1-2 years
Tasting Notes: Delicate pink in colour. Intense aromas of cherries on the nose, with vegetal notes. Elegant and refreshing on the palate, with fruity aromas, good acidity and a long aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Serve as an aperitif or makes a perfect match with Greek vegetable dishes, vegetable pies and mushroom risotto. Serve at 8-10οC.
