Carolina Doriti, Athens, Attica
Carolina Doriti was born in Greece and later moved to the UK, where she earned a BA from the University of Sussex and an MA from Goldsmiths in London. Her lifelong passion for cooking is her form of art, meditation, and self-expression, as well as a way to share love through nourishment.
Since 2005, she has been working as a chef and restaurant consultant. Since 2013, she has collaborated with Culinary Backstreets, an acclaimed US food touring company operating globally. Carolina also shares her culinary expertise by writing about food and publishing recipes in Greek and international publications and websites. She is the Culinary Producer of "My Greek Table," a PBS and Amazon Prime TV series dedicated to Greek gastronomy, and has made appearances on various international food-related shows. Her culinary creations are a delightful fusion of simplicity and complexity, deeply ingrained in culture and incredibly delicious.
