Andritsaina began in the mountainous Peloponnese with the goal of sharing one family’s traditions with the rest of the world. They produce traditional styles of pasta using 150-year-old recipes and made exclusively with flour, fresh milk and fresh eggs without any additives, chemicals, or preservatives. With Andritsaina produce the emphasis is on the quality and richness of the pasta, the pasta this family grew up on, created using only the finest raw ingredients and traditional methods.
