A hand-stretched round Greek pitta bread, developed exclusively for the restaurant PITTABUN which specialises in Modern Greek street food. Recreate delicious lunches at home by filling these authentic Athenian breads with anything you like, just like a pocket pitta, or you can use each round slice as an alternative to a burger bun or as a thick base for open sandwiches. Also delicious oven toasted until crisp and golden, broken and used for dips.

Please note the pitas are frozen and will be sent out with ice packs, however they are likely to arrive defrosted. They can be refrozen on arrival or kept in the fridge and consumed within 2 days.

Defrost for 20 minutes and cook in an oven preheated to 180C (Gas 4), for two or three minutes.
