We deliver across the UK (including Northern Ireland but excluding Jersey and Guernsey).

All orders over £75 are free of charge*.

*Delivery for very fragile items to mainland UK is charged at £9.99 and is free over £100. For other areas this is £15 delivery and £200 for free delivery. See a full list of these items here.
When will my order arrive?
You can choose your delivery date at checkout. Our cut-off time for next day delivery to mainland UK is 1pm. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, although Saturday deliveries incur a higher charge (see delivery costs). If your order contains chilled or frozen items and your delivery address is out of London, Monday delivery is not available.
Orders are sent by DPD or Maltby&Greek van. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is prepared. Please leave your mobile number when placing your order, so that you receive the tracking and delivery notifications. If you are not going to be in to receive the parcel, please advise us of a neighbour or safe place that can be delivered to when placing the order, particularly if it contains perishables.
For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands the earliest delivery is usually two working days.
Can I choose a specific delivery day?
Yes, you can choose a delivery date up to a month ahead. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, although Saturday deliveries incur a higher charge (see delivery costs). If you order contains chilled or frozen items and your delivery address is out of London, Monday delivery is not available. For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands the earliest delivery is usually two working days.
What are the delivery times/slots?
We are unable to deliver at a specific time. With DPD you will receive a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of the delivery. With the Maltby&Greek vans you will receive a 2-hour delivery window on the morning of the delivery.
What happens if I’m not going to be home to sign for the delivery?
If you are not going to be in to receive the parcel, please advise us of a neighbour or safe place that can be delivered to when placing the order, particularly if it contains perishables.
Where is my order?
A tracking number for your order will be sent as soon as it is prepared. For DPD Local tracking please enter the tracking number here. For Maltby&Greek van deliveries please log in to your account to check the status and tracking number of your order if you haven’t received an email. If you haven’t created an account you can create one here.
What if we are not able to send all of your order?
If there is a substitute product available we will contact you to confirm this first. If no substitute is available you will receive a refund for any missing items. The refund will be sent to the card used during payment. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for this to appear on your statement.
How do I change my delivery address or date?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change any order details.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We can only process one delivery address per order. If you would like to send orders to different addresses please place each order separately.
Can I add something to my order?
Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes to the items in the order.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t been sent please contact us and we will cancel and refund the order.
Can I return my order?
We operate a discretionary returns and refund policy on a 'goodwill' basis and we cannot accept returns on perishable items. Please contact us if you would like to make a return.
