Dodoni Kaimaki Ice Cream 750ml tub

Kaimaki ice cream is a unique sheep's milk ice-cream flavoured and perfumed with mastiha oil and sticky salepi (orchid root flour), which creates an almost elastic ‘chewy’ texture and an incredibly moreish aftertaste. It is usually served with spoon sweets such as whole sour cherries, or sour cherry syrup (visino), plus chopped pistachios or almonds on top. It is a much-loved favourite dessert across Greece and Turkey where it has an army of die-hard fans who are especially loyal to the Dodoni brand which was founded in Athens.
