Our friend and neighbour in Spa Terminus, Oliveology have been producing and importing some of the best Greek produce for many years. We particularly love their range of dried nuts and fruits that capture the strong summer sun and optimal soil conditions found in Greece that produce produce a world renowned crop. Pistachios grown in the Aegina region, which has the perfect maritime climate for pistachio growing, are slightly smaller than their Middle Eastern cousins, but they are far sweeter and have a more intense flavour. The other nuts, fruits, and eached sourced from the best regions and producers available.
