Bosinakis 'Aspela' Orange Moschofilero

Call it orange or very light red, this is a top wine! It comes from very low yield overripe  Moschofilero grapes left on the deep pink skins for 45 days, then stirred and racked. The results are fantastic. The Bosinakis family never stop pushing the boundaries of Moschofilero and the results are amazing. Mantinia's location at over 900 metres results in late harvests, high aromatics and high acidity. Perfect for great orange wine. Lychees, rose petal Turkish Delight and Earl Grey Tea are everywhere, and combined with citrus, orange blossom and tannins, combine to produce a truly memorable wine!
