Toxotis produce traditional pasta on the island of Kythira in the southern Aegean. Their traditional shells (porfyres in Greek) are made using the finest local ingredients, including fresh sheep and goat's milk. Often used in baked dishes, with seafood, in salads and served simply with graviera and olive oil.
