Toxotis pasta is homemade in a family workshop in Kythera island. The secret of the winning taste lies in the fact that only the purest of ingredients are used.
Served with lamb or chicken dishes, or simply browned with butter and topped with graded dry cheese (kefalotiri).
Ingredients: Goat's and sheep's milk, fresh eggs, flour and semolina from fine quality durum wheat, sea salt
