Since ancient times, Mouratolia olives have been cultivated on carefully chosen ground with the same time honoured methods, in limited quantities because of its low yield per tree.
The olives are hand-picked one by one and are marinated according to an old Vassilakis Estate family recipe with sea salt, pure rainwater, local red wine vinegar and herbs, bay laurel and rosemary and are packaged into clear glass vases, with Vassilakis Estate extra virgin olive oil.
