This cheese is made exactly like a traditionally-strained feta, but almost entirely with goat's milk for a lighter cheese with a full and complex flavour. A real favourite. The cheese is packed in brine to keep it fresh, even after opening.

Located in the mountains of north west Greece, the Siafarikas dairy is now in the hands of the fourth generation. The milk is all sourced from small herders that graze their sheep and goats on the mountains and prairies of Mt. Pindos.
