Enjoy the Mylonas rosé and the Vidiano as an aperitif, with salads and grilled veg and the Three Hills as the light and fruity red you crave in the sun. For the main course both the fruit-driven but taut Moshomavro and the superbly balanced 'Hedgehog' Xinomavro will pair with BBQ-ed red meat perfectly, while the volcanic, mineral and bone-dry Santorini will elevate grilled fish, seafood, white meat and veg.
