The traditional Greek Christmas biscuit, Melomakarona, are soft honey and walnut biscuits that are moist and syrupy on the inside. Handmade using festive spices such as cinnamon and cloves, ours are naturally sweetened with orange juice and get their kick from a splash of Cognac. Made without eggs or dairy, these bite-sized treats come from the Corné patisserie in Athens.
